Linda Waters

Linda Waters is the CEO and founder of Back to Business, a career consulting firm that focuses on helping women get back into the workforce. Her passion and mission is to “un-stick” women in career transition. Linda and her team help clients develop clarity and confidence in their direction, and sound strategies to be successful. Originally dedicated to helping Moms return to the workforce, Back to Business quickly expanded to serve women in all stages of career transition. In 2009 Linda launched a new project called Confidence Beads™ designed to inspire and empower women. The project gives back by donating to Ovations for the Cure of ovarian cancer, and to New Hope, toward domestic violence education programs. An accomplished business leader and presenter, Linda speaks regularly to academic, professional and corporate audiences on career-related topics. She is the recipient of the prestigious ATHENA award, received for business excellence, making an impact on women nationally and internationally, and helping women reach their full potential.
